NCFM Letter from the Department of Education Office of Civil Rights (OCR) Findings Regarding NCFM’s Complaint About Discrimination Against Men

Kursat Christoff Pekgoz wrote the initial complaint against the University of Pennsylvania. NCFM ushered it through the United States Department of Education Office of Civil Rights (OCR) after submitting it on April 8, 2020. Just a few days short of three years we received the following letter from OCR. OCR works with universities to encourage resolution. When you read through the complaint you will see that OCR dismissed portions of it after the university made an effort to correct the discrimination.
